Which will you regret more, getting up early tomorrow morning or getting home at the end of the season having never gone on this hike?

Some days I swear I can feel time.
Sometimes it’s slipping away and sometimes it’s never ending.

So, I’m sitting in the car on the way to practice and all I can think is that I am ******* crazy. This is such a crazy life to be living.

Covid has made the beginning of my professional career anything but easy.
First of all getting to France was a tragic mess.

Can I just tell you, one of the most surreal experiences is getting my self around Paris by myself. It’s like I’m a local or something…

I received an email recently and these were some of the questions I was asked about. (Question in bold first, then my response after)
Regarding dating (I know you had a post already), I am wondering if you feel that your potential partner would need to be close to your height/as tall as you. If this is your hope/expectation, I'm wondering if you have tried to challenge this notion, and what your thoughts were around it.

“I’m personally interested in the competitive nature, the mindset, the challenges (injury, playing time, school) that athletes deal with. You’re a rather shy unassuming person who enjoy’s slamming volleyball’s down peoples throats…that’s always been an intriguing contrast to me”.

“So my dating pool just went from 10% to about .0001%. (Not actual numbers - definitely calculated and dramatized by myself for effect).“

“If you have a problem with me, call me. If you don’t have my number then that means you don’t know me well enough to have a problem”

“I’ve found the few stores I shop at all the time and figured out what works and become okay that sometimes the current style for pants is that it stops above my ankle and I’m not just “waiting for the flood” even though it looks that way. My dream is to have the hem of my pants drag on the ground, but you can’t always have it all.”
